Tennessee Aims First Final Four After Elite Eights

The Tennessee Volunteers opened official practice for the 2025–26 season aiming for their first Final Four after back-to-back Elite Eight appearances. Coach Rick Barnes, entering his 11th season, has heavily rebuilt a roster that retained only a few scholarship players from last year. Top additions include five-star freshman Nate Ament and transfers Ja'Kobi Gillespie, Amaree Abram and Ethan Burg, along with several international players. The Volunteers will work to integrate the newcomers and shore up depth as they chase deeper tournament success.
