Sidus Space, Reflex Aerospace Form Joint Venture for Satellite Solutions

Sidus Space has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Reflex Aerospace to establish a U.S.-based joint venture focused on developing integrated satellite platforms for the defense, commercial, and government sectors in the U.S. and Europe. The partnership aims to leverage Sidus's expertise in mission operations and advanced manufacturing alongside Reflex's rapid satellite development capabilities. They plan to target multi-orbit missions, including Low Earth Orbit (LEO) and Medium Earth Orbit (MEO), and pursue advanced applications like LIDAR and on-orbit surveillance. The collaboration was officially announced at the 40th Space Symposium in Colorado Springs, Colorado, marking a significant step in enhancing their capabilities in satellite production. Sidus will contribute its integration and testing facilities in Cape Canaveral, Florida, as well as proprietary technologies for data processing and analysis. Both companies aim to optimize supply chains and co-develop agile satellite systems to meet diverse customer needs and respond to major government space architecture programs.
