Federal Indictments Target Bandidos in Houston Area

The indictment follows a six-year investigation into the gang's violent activities, which were part of a turf war with the rival B*EAST gang that began in 2019. The Bandidos allegedly committed crimes such as arson, robbery, and assault under a 'smash on site' order from their national leadership. The indictment also includes charges of drug trafficking and firearm possession. U.S. Attorney Nicholas Ganjei emphasized the open and brazen nature of the criminal activities, which were conducted in public spaces like bars and roads.
