Akasa Air has announced the launch of daily direct flights from Mumbai to Kuwait City, starting August 23, 2024, marking its fifth international destination. The addition of this route complements Akasa's existing international services to Doha, Jeddah, Riyadh, and Abu Dhabi, as the airline approaches its second anniversary of operations. Akasa Air's Co-Founder Praveen Iyer emphasized the importance of enhancing connectivity between India and Kuwait, which has strong bilateral ties.
