FAT Brands Names Wiederhorn CEO, Kuick CFO From September 2025

FAT Brands Inc. has announced the return of Andrew (Andy) Wiederhorn as Chief Executive Officer, effective September 3, 2025, while he will also continue serving as Chairman of the Board. Ken Kuick, formerly a Co-CEO, will focus exclusively on his roles as Chief Financial Officer for both FAT Brands and Twin Hospitality Group Inc. Taylor Wiederhorn will remain as Chief Development Officer. Andy Wiederhorn, who previously served as FAT Brands' CEO from 2017 to 2023 and then as Chairman, expressed enthusiasm about resuming the CEO role to build on the company's momentum through organic expansion, targeted acquisitions, increasing manufacturing capacity, and balance sheet management. Wiederhorn emphasized reinforcing FAT Brands' position as a global leader in the restaurant industry, which includes 18 restaurant concepts such as Fatburger, Johnny Rockets, and Round Table Pizza. The leadership changes aim to accelerate growth and focus on strategic priorities within the company.
