Rams Village: $10B Development in Warner Center

Stan Kroenke, owner of the Los Angeles Rams, announced plans for a $10 billion development project named Rams Village at Warner Center in Woodland Hills, which will include a state-of-the-art team headquarters, training facility, and a high-end residential and retail district. The 100-acre site will feature two new entertainment venues with capacities of 5,000 and 2,500 seats, alongside apartment complexes, offices, restaurants, and parks. The project will retain the team's existing outdoor practice fields and add an indoor field, aiming to transform the area into a vibrant community hub. Construction is set to begin by 2027 and is expected to take a decade to complete. Kroenke's vision for the development aligns with his previous success in constructing SoFi Stadium, serving as a permanent home for the Rams in Los Angeles. Initial plans will be submitted to city officials soon, with hopes to enhance the San Fernando Valley's appeal and accessibility.
