Rajasthan Transfers 58 IPS and 20 IAS Officers

In a significant bureaucratic reshuffle, the Rajasthan government has transferred 58 IPS and 20 IAS officers, issuing new appointments late on Sunday. Notable changes include Govind Gupta, previously the Additional Director General for planning, now appointed as the Director General for jails, and Anil Paliwal reassigned to technical services. Additional responsibilities were also assigned to several officers, including IAS Hemant Gera as Chairman of the Rural Agricultural Development Agency. The reshuffle saw new superintendents of police appointed across various districts, including Alwar and Bhilwara. Furthermore, among the IAS transfers, Bhawani Singh Detha was moved to principal secretary for Ayurveda from the Revenue Board. The restructuring aims to enhance operational efficiency within the state administration and police departments.
