Former PA AG Agent Guilty; Related Case Revealed

Joshua Gonzalez, a former agent of the Pennsylvania Attorney General's Office, has pleaded guilty to 20 counts of felony possession of child pornography. The charges arose from incidents on October 28, 2022, and April 12, 2023, where he uploaded child pornography from his computer. Gonzalez was arrested after an investigation led by the Lehigh County Computer Crimes Task Force traced the illicit material to his device. His bail has been revoked, and he is currently held in custody, facing a potential sentence of 70 to 140 years without a plea agreement. Sentencing is set for March 31, 2025. In a related case, Lonnie Everill, a former federal probation officer, also pleaded guilty to a child pornography charge, with sentencing scheduled for April 25, 2025.
