Federal Agents Raid St. Paul New Vision Foundation in Feeding Our Future Fraud Probe

Federal investigators executed a search warrant against New Vision Foundation (NVF), a St. Paul nonprofit accused of conspiring with Feeding Our Future to defraud millions from the federal child nutrition program. NVF claimed to serve over 3,000 children daily and submitted fraudulent meal counts, but neighboring businesses reported never seeing children at NVF's locations, raising suspicions about the legitimacy of the meal service. Feeding Our Future founder Aimee Bock and others have already been convicted in this $250 million meal fraud case, which has charged around 70 defendants to date. The search warrant revealed that NVF received over $2.5 million in payments after claiming to have served more than one million meals, despite evidence suggesting the invoices and meal counts were fabricated. Investigators also found that the food service company listed in invoices was actually an apartment building, further indicating fraud. NVF's owner declined to comment, and federal prosecutors continue their investigation into the scheme.
