William, Kate to Grant Royal Warrants in 2026

King Charles has officially granted Prince William and Princess Kate the authority to issue Royal Warrants, marking the first time a Princess of Wales has held this privilege since Queen Mary in 1910. Beginning in 2026, William and Kate will be able to endorse businesses supplying goods or services to the royal household, allowing those companies to display the royal coat of arms. Applicants must have provided services to the royal family for at least five of the last seven years and meet rigorous standards of quality and sustainability. Currently, around 800 companies hold these prestigious warrants, which are recognized as a mark of excellence in British industry. The move expands the couple's royal duties and is expected to particularly benefit brands associated with Kate.
