Apple TV+ Raises UK Price, Announces October Slate

Apple has raised the price of Apple TV+ in the UK by £1 (an 11% increase) to £9.99 per month while keeping the annual plan at £89.99. Reports say a redesigned Apple TV 4K due later this year will likely include an A17 Pro chip, Apple’s N1 wireless chip (bringing Wi‑Fi 7 and upgraded Bluetooth), roughly 8GB of RAM, possible built‑in camera, and new gaming and early Apple Intelligence features tied to a Siri overhaul. Users of first‑generation Apple TV 4K note limited benefits from tvOS 26, underscoring the device’s aging hardware ahead of the rumored refresh.
