Kropz and Vow ASA Extend Loan Facilities, Increase Credit Limits
Kropz Plc, an emerging African phosphate producer, has secured and fully drawn a ZAR 130 million (about US$6.7 million) loan facility with ARC Fund to support its operations in South Africa and the Republic of Congo, formalizing the loan with a Limited Indemnity, Security Cession, and Pledge. Meanwhile, Vow ASA, a Norwegian company specializing in converting biomass and waste into clean energy and valuable resources, has extended the maturity of its loan facilities by 12 months to Q3 2027 and increased its guarantee facility from NOK 80 million to NOK 100 million. These financial adjustments provide Vow ASA with enhanced financial flexibility to support its industrial decarbonization and pollution prevention initiatives. Vow ASA's solutions focus on scalable, patented technologies that convert various waste streams into clean energy and low-carbon fuels, with a strong market position in cruise wastewater purification and niche expertise in food safety, robotics, and heat-intensive industries. Both companies disclosed their financial updates in compliance with market regulations, aiming to strengthen their operational and strategic capabilities in their respective sectors.
