Nottingham Police Investigate BB Gun Attacks

Nottinghamshire Police are investigating a series of incidents where approximately ten people were shot at with a BB gun from a moving vehicle in the Bestwood and Sherwood areas on October 16. The attacks occurred between 5:40 PM and 7:25 PM, with victims suffering injuries to their legs, hands, and face. Police have reported that two victims were injured on Beckhampton Road, while another pedestrian was hit in the face at the junction of Beckhampton Road and Bestwood Park Drive. Shortly after, four additional individuals were shot at in Winchester Street. No serious injuries have been reported, but a dark-colored car is believed to have been involved, prompting increased patrols and a review of CCTV footage. The police are urging anyone with information to come forward to assist in their investigation.
