Widespread Power Outages Impact Multiple Regions

Multiple regions have experienced significant power outages recently. In Metairie, over 14,000 residents lost power Tuesday afternoon but service was restored within an hour and a half. In St. James Town, tenants have been without power for weeks due to flooding, prompting demands for compensation. Planned maintenance caused outages in Bartlesville, Dewey, and other areas in Oklahoma, with power expected to be restored by late afternoon. In San Luis Obispo County, nearly 2,000 PG&E customers were affected by outages in Atascadero and the Lopez Lake area, with restoration expected by the afternoon. Additionally, over 2,000 customers in Jefferson Parish's Westbank and more than 7,000 near West Esplanade Avenue experienced outages, with power expected to be restored by the evening.
