In Los Angeles, the shuttered Intercontinental Century City hotel is set for a nearly $98 million renovation, enhancing the property with upgraded facilities and public areas. Additionally, plans have been submitted for a refurbishment of the Toll House Inn in Lancaster, focusing on cosmetic changes to enhance the bar and dining area while respecting the building's historical significance.
