Police identify 11 victims in Sweden's worst mass shooting
In Sweden's deadliest mass shooting, which occurred at the Campus Risbergska in Örebro, ten people died, including seven women and three men, with the suspect, Rickard Andersson, also deceased from a self-inflicted gunshot. The victims ranged in age from 28 to 68 and were from diverse backgrounds, including two Syrian nationals and a Bosnian citizen. Authorities confirmed that the suspect may have been connected to the educational center and had been struggling with psychological issues. While the police have not released the names of all victims, local media identified some, including 28-year-old Salim Iskef, who made a heartbreaking final call to his fiancée expressing his love. The investigation is ongoing, and authorities are not ruling out a racially motivated motive behind the attack. This tragic event has shaken the local community, prompting an outpouring of grief and condolences.
