Timothy Olyphant, Anya Taylor-Joy in 'Lucky'

Timothy Olyphant joins Anya Taylor-Joy and Annette Bening in the upcoming Apple TV+ series 'Lucky', based on Marissa Stapley’s bestselling novel. Olyphant will play the role of Taylor-Joy's onscreen father, while Bening's character, Priscilla, is a thief and adversary to the protagonist. The series follows Taylor-Joy's character as she grapples with her criminal past in a bid to escape it. 'Lucky' is produced by Apple Studios, with Jonathan Tropper and Cassie Pappas serving as co-showrunners. The series boasts an executive production team including Reese Witherspoon and Lauren Neustadter from Hello Sunshine, with Anya Taylor-Joy also serving as an executive producer. Jonathan Van Tulleken is set to direct several episodes, including the pilot.
