The hotel is housed in the historic Afrika Han building and designed by Designist Architecture, blending neoclassical architecture with modern, youthful design elements and locally inspired artwork, particularly celebrating Turkish cinema. It features 167 guest rooms and suites equipped with modern amenities like USB ports, smart TVs, and complimentary Wi-Fi, offering views of the city or the atrium. The property includes social spaces such as Bar Moxy, which serves handcrafted cocktails and local beers, a 24/7 Grab & Go Delights station, a Breakfast Bar, a 24/7 fitness center, and meeting rooms for business travelers.
