Former New England Patriots fullback Patrick Pass was arrested on Wednesday in Rhode Island for allegedly assaulting an 82-year-old man at a Planet Fitness gym. The incident, which occurred on August 28, began with a verbal dispute over exercise equipment and escalated to Pass shoving the elderly man, causing injuries to his lower back. Pass, a three-time Super Bowl champion with the Patriots, faces charges of assaulting a person over 60 causing bodily injury and disorderly conduct. He was released on $10,000 bail and is due back in court in December. This is not Pass's first altercation; he was previously suspended from the Massachusetts Pirates Indoor Football League in 2023 for an in-game brawl.
