Instacart CEO Transition Set for August 2025

Instacart has announced that Chief Business Officer Chris Rogers will become its new CEO, effective August 15, 2025, succeeding Fidji Simo, who is leaving to lead OpenAI Applications but will remain chair of Instacart's board.
