Revolt Motors, a subsidiary of RattanIndia Enterprises, is expanding into Sri Lanka, marking its first international venture with plans to open 90 dealerships by 2029. The company aims to introduce AI-enabled electric motorcycles, starting with 15 dealerships in the next four months, in partnership with Evolution Auto Pvt Ltd. Chairperson Anjali Rattan highlighted the demand for cleaner transportation options as a driving force behind this expansion. Additionally, Revolt Motors is set to unveil a new electric motorcycle model on September 17, 2024, expected to feature improved specifications compared to their existing RV400. The new model's anticipated launch aligns with a growing market interest in electric vehicles, bolstered by government incentives to increase electric two-wheeler adoption. Revolt has reported inquiries for its motorcycles from several other countries, indicating a strategic plan for further international growth.
