Gas Explosion Destroys Bradford House Injures Two
A massive gas explosion destroyed a house on Southfield Lane in Bradford, West Yorkshire, leaving at least two people injured and several others unaccounted for. Emergency services, including the West Yorkshire Fire and Rescue Service, technical rescue unit, and urban search and rescue dog teams, responded promptly to the incident reported just after 10 pm. The explosion caused significant structural damage, with the house's roof and front completely blown off and debris scattered across the street. Despite the severity of the blast, there was no fire reported at the scene, and rescue teams continue to conduct thorough searches for further casualties. Hazmat-suited personnel were also seen investigating the ruins, and initial reports attribute the blast to a gas leak. Authorities remain on site managing the aftermath and searching for any additional victims.
