RuPaul Sets Emmy Record With 10th Host Nomination

RuPaul has achieved a record-breaking 10th consecutive Emmy nomination for Outstanding Host for a Reality or Reality Competition Program, surpassing Heidi Klum and Tom Bergeron. This solidifies RuPaul as the most-nominated reality host and the most decorated Black artist in Emmy history, with 14 wins. RuPaul's Drag Race and its companion series Untucked collectively received several nominations, including for Outstanding Reality Competition Program and Directing. Season 17 was highlighted for a makeover episode celebrating Latino and Black families and concluded with Onya Nurve's victory. The season also featured a historic Lifetime Achievement Award presentation to LGBTQ icon Liza Minnelli. This year's host category nominees include RuPaul, Alan Cumming, Kristen Kish, Jeff Probst, and the Shark Tank ensemble.
