California and Nevada are facing severe wildfires exacerbated by a recent heatwave, with major fires including the Line Fire, Airport Fire, and Bridge Fire. The Line Fire in San Bernardino National Forest has burned over 25,800 acres, is 5% contained, and has forced 6,000 people to evacuate.
