Miami (OH) and CSU Clash in Arizona Bowl

The Colorado State Rams (8-4) are making their return to the Arizona Bowl, now rebranded as the Snoop Dogg Arizona Bowl, facing Miami of Ohio (8-5) on December 28. This marks CSU's first bowl appearance since 2017 and the first Arizona Bowl under the new sponsorship 'Gin & Juice by Dre and Snoop'. Coach Jay Norvell has expressed excitement about the opportunity, considering it a springboard for the program's future. The Arizona Bowl is unique this year by integrating NIL (Name, Image, Likeness) deals to incentivize player participation, a first for NCAA bowl games. Meanwhile, the CU Buffs (9-3), led by quarterback Shedeur Sanders, will compete against BYU in the Alamo Bowl the same day, marking BYU's first appearance at the Alamodome.
