Two Die in Odessa Cessna Citation 550 Crash

A Cessna Citation 550 crashed shortly after takeoff from Odessa-Schlemeyer Airport, killing pilot Joseph Vincent Summa and passenger Joleen Cavaretta Weatherly. The plane struggled to gain altitude, clipped power lines, and crashed into a mobile home park, causing a large fire that injured a woman and damaged several buildings, including Dewey's Breakfast Shop.
