A three-year-old boy was seriously injured in a hit-and-run incident on The Strand in Bayswater, Perth, between 12:30 PM and 1 PM on Friday. Police believe the child was struck by a blue vehicle whose driver failed to stop at the scene. The injured toddler was taken to Perth Children's Hospital by his family. Authorities are urging anyone who was driving a blue vehicle in the area at the time to come forward and contact Crime Stoppers. Additionally, they seek any CCTV, dashcam, or mobile footage of the incident or the vehicle involved. The police are actively investigating the matter and appealing for witnesses.
