Square Enix Launches 24-Player Murder Mystery Action Game Killer Inn on PC

Square Enix has announced Killer Inn, a new multiplayer murder mystery action game featuring 24 players divided into two teams: Wolves, the killers, and Lambs, the survivors. Set in a mysterious, uncharted mansion, players must use deduction, combat, and unique character abilities to either survive or eliminate the opposing team. Wolves must discreetly kill Lambs, leaving clues behind, which Lambs can use to identify and eliminate Wolves without harming fellow Lambs, as mistaken attacks result in penalties. The game offers 30 characters with distinct skills, various weapons, and in-game quests to enhance survival chances. Killer Inn blends elements from social deduction games like Among Us and Cluedo, introducing a tense, blood-soaked environment with asymmetrical gameplay, and it will launch a closed beta soon on Steam. No specific release date or console availability has been announced yet.
