Kentucky Woman Receives Package Containing Human Body Parts in Delivery Mix-Up

A woman in Hopkinsville, Kentucky, received a shocking delivery mix-up when she opened a package expecting medical supplies but found two human arms and four fingers on ice instead. The body parts, which were from a cadaver and intended for surgical training, were mistakenly sent to her by a courier due to a "perfect storm" of errors involving an airline, a freight company, and a courier service.
