Driver Intentionally Injures Seven Schoolchildren in Osaka, Arrested

A 28-year-old unemployed man, Yuki Yazawa, was arrested in Osaka, Japan, after deliberately driving his car into a group of elementary school children as they walked home, injuring at least seven.
