Ubiquiti Raises Dividend 33%, Posts 34% Revenue Growth

Ubiquiti Inc. reported strong financial results for its fiscal fourth quarter and the full fiscal year 2025, with significant profit and revenue growth driven by its Enterprise and Service Provider Technology platforms. Quarterly profit rose to $266.7 million, or $4.41 per share, compared to $103.8 million, or $1.72 per share, a year earlier, with adjusted earnings per share beating analyst estimates at $3.54. Revenue for the quarter increased nearly 50% to $759.2 million, surpassing consensus estimates. For the full fiscal year, Ubiquiti's total revenues grew 33.4% to $2.57 billion, with net income more than doubling to $711.9 million, supported by improved operational efficiency and a favorable product mix. The company announced a 33% dividend increase to 80 cents per quarter and approved a new $500 million share repurchase plan, reflecting confidence in continued growth. Geographically, North America, EMEA, and Asia Pacific saw strong revenue gains, while South America experienced a slight decline.
