Philadelphia police are investigating an indecent assault that occurred on June 23 at a Dollar Tree store located at 56 E. Snyder Avenue. The suspect, 35-year-old Gary Miles, has turned himself in and awaits charges. Miles, who is known to frequent Snyder Plaza and the nearby I-95 underpass, is described as a black male, between 25 to 30 years old, standing 6 feet tall, with a stocky build, a receding hairline, and a full beard. The Philadelphia Police Department's Special Victims Unit is handling the case and encourages anyone with additional information to contact them.
