Back-to-School Events Distribute Supplies, Services Across US Regions

Various communities across the U.S. are hosting back-to-school events and resource fairs to support students and families as the new school year approaches. In Southwest Louisiana, Prien Lake Mall and Jeff Davis Parish are offering school supplies, activities, and movie nights to help families prepare. Tucson Unified School District is holding its annual IMPACT Tucson Resource Fair with free backpacks, food, hands-on activities, and assistance with registration. The Rio Grande Valley Vipers, in partnership with Driscoll Health, organized a Back-To-School Expo providing free backpacks, medical services, and vaccinations to remove barriers for school attendance. Additionally, a nationwide Back to School 2025 Giveaway is offering $1,000 to one individual and $1,000 to their chosen school or charity, encouraging community support during the school season. These initiatives collectively aim to ease the financial burden on families and enhance student readiness for the upcoming academic year.
