Casa Bonita Opens Summer Reservations Amid High Demand

Casa Bonita, the iconic Lakewood restaurant owned by 'South Park' creators Trey Parker and Matt Stone, opened its summer reservation system on Monday, drawing massive demand. Known for its cliff divers and unique dining experience, the restaurant will accept reservations for dates between June 1 and September 7. Within an hour of opening, the queue saw nearly 10,000 people waiting, reminiscent of its initial public reservation rollout in September 2024. The restaurant, which underwent extensive renovations and reopened in May 2023, now offers an upgraded menu by James Beard Award-winning chef Dana Rodriguez. Despite operational challenges, including changes to the pay structure for its staff, which led to unionization efforts, Casa Bonita remains a highly sought-after dining destination. Reservations include access to entertainment features, with pricing based on age and seating preferences.
