Steve Taehee Ha, 43, has been arrested and charged with second-degree murder for the fatal shooting of Hyung Joon Choi, 31, at a Gold's Gym in Reston, VA on Tuesday. The incident occurred around 1 p.m. when the gym was crowded, and Choi was doing pull-ups. Ha, who was not a member but a guest at the gym, approached Choi in a 'targeted stance' and shot him multiple times in the upper body. Choi was taken to a hospital where he later died. Authorities quickly identified and arrested Ha, though the motive behind the shooting remains unclear. This marks the third shooting at a gym in the DMV area since April.
