Abbey Road Music Photography Awards Draw 20,000 Entries from 30 Countries

Abbey Road Studios has announced the nominees for the 2025 Music Photography Awards from over 20,000 submissions across 30 countries, featuring artists such as Chappell Roan, Charli XCX, Doja Cat, Lana Del Rey, and Tyler the Creator. This year introduces two new categories, Portrait and Festivals, along with a guest category celebrating Club Culture, highlighting the diversity of music photography. Fans worldwide can vote for the Music Moment of the Year until September 23, with the winners to be revealed at an awards ceremony on October 2 at Abbey Road Studios in London. An exhibition showcasing 40 nominated images will be held at Outernet London's Now Pop One venue from September 19 to 23, allowing in-person viewing and interactive voting. Mark Robertson, Abbey Road's director of marketing and creative, emphasized the importance of music photography as an art form that shapes culture and praised the talented community of photographers. The event continues to build recognition for music photography and its creators on a global scale.
