Voice Actor Dan Hennessey Dies at 82
Dan Hennessey, a beloved Canadian voice actor known for iconic roles such as Chief Quimby in 'Inspector Gadget' and Braveheart Lion in 'Care Bears,' has passed away at the age of 82 due to complications from Parkinson's disease. Hennessey died peacefully in his sleep at home on November 13, as confirmed by his family. Over his three-decade career, he voiced numerous characters in popular animated shows including 'The Raccoons,' 'Little Bear,' and 'X-Men: The Animated Series,' leaving a lasting impact on generations of children.
