Teen Fatally Shot Driving in Minneapolis Whittier Area

A man in his late teens was fatally shot while driving with a female passenger in Minneapolis's Whittier neighborhood early Tuesday morning. The shooting took place around 2:20 a.m. on the 2700 block of Pillsbury Avenue South, after which the victim crashed into a parked car. Despite officers' lifesaving efforts, he was pronounced dead at the scene, while the passenger was unharmed.
