Danny Pintauro Undergoes Surgery After Scooter Accident

Danny Pintauro, best known for his role in 'Who’s the Boss?', revealed on Instagram that he underwent emergency surgery following a scooter accident on Thanksgiving night. The accident occurred when a bike lane was suddenly blocked with cones, forcing him to choose between a van and a pylon. Although he initially thought he only had a scrape and possible broken arm, he later experienced severe chest and abdominal pain, prompting his husband to take him to the hospital. Tests revealed a tear in his stomach lining, leading to a bloodstream infection, which required immediate surgery. Pintauro described the pain as excruciating but reported that the surgery went well, although he will need a tube in his stomach for several days. He expressed gratitude for his husband's support and the medical staff, emphasizing the seriousness of his condition and the importance of seeking help promptly.
