Ashley Flowers’ Audiochuck Exits SiriusXM for $150M Multiyear Tubi Deal

Ashley Flowers' Audiochuck podcast network, including the top true crime podcast Crime Junkie, has signed a multi-year exclusive distribution and advertising deal with Fox-owned streaming platform Tubi. This deal ends Audiochuck's previous partnership with SiriusXM and marks a strategic shift to expand into video content, featuring the launch of a Crime Junkie FAST channel across Tubi, Fox One, and other platforms. Valued at approximately $150 million, the agreement includes management of ad sales by Tubi's Red Seat Ventures, following a $40 million investment in Audiochuck earlier in 2025. The move reflects a growing trend in the podcast industry toward video-focused partnerships to capture new audiences and advertising opportunities. Executives and analysts see this as a significant evolution for independent media and a major change in the true crime podcasting landscape, positioning Crime Junkie for substantial growth in video content. SiriusXM loses its largest podcast network in Audiochuck, which until now had driven a significant portion of its podcast ad sales business.
