Injured Bald Eagle Rescued and Rehabilitated

Austin Wildlife Rescue has successfully rehabilitated an injured bald eagle, found near Smithville on December 15, after it suffered a fractured wing and a large open wound. The eagle was transported to the facility by a Texas Parks and Wildlife game warden, where it has received intensive care and monitoring from a dedicated team, led by Executive Director Jules Maron.
