Police seek St. Paul man, DNA links him to three sexual assaults

St. Paul police are searching for 18-year-old Rakai Eugene Davis, who has been charged with multiple counts of first-degree criminal sexual conduct linked to three separate assaults. DNA evidence has connected Davis to assaults occurring over the past two years, with the first incident reported on May 27, 2023, and two others on November 3, 2024, and December 9, 2024. In each case, Davis allegedly met victims through dating apps and brandished a weapon to force them into sexual acts. Authorities have issued a warrant for his arrest, as he is considered a significant public safety risk. Police are encouraging anyone with information about his whereabouts or additional victims to come forward. Davis remains at large as investigations continue into the incidents.
