The collection not only reveals Bowie's musical tastes but also includes personal writings like his 'ins' and 'outs' list, reflecting his views on cultural trends and himself. The archive traces Bowie's creative process as a musical innovator and cultural icon, with contributions from the David Bowie Estate, the Blavatnik Family Foundation, and Warner Music Group. Additionally, a 12-disc box set titled 'David Bowie 6. I Can’t Give Everything Away (2002 to 2016)' documents the final years of his career, featuring unheard material and live recordings.
