Nvidia CEO Huang Declares AI Enables Coding Through Natural Language

Nvidia CEO Jensen Huang emphasized at London Tech Week that artificial intelligence has transformed programming by introducing a new 'language'—human language—which anyone can use to interact with AI. Huang explained that unlike traditional programming requiring complex languages like Python or C++, users now simply need to ask AI politely in natural language to generate code, images, or poems, making AI a "great equalizer" accessible to everyone. He illustrated this by showing how asking AI nicely can yield better responses and improvements, highlighting the conversational nature of modern AI tools such as ChatGPT, Google's Gemini, and Microsoft's Copilot. Huang also noted the growing trend of businesses and individuals adopting AI-assisted coding, known as "vibe coding," enabling non-experts to create software and applications easily. This approach has democratized technology use, removing barriers once posed by specialized skills and complex system design. Despite some increased operational costs from polite AI interactions, industry leaders like OpenAI CEO Sam Altman consider it a valuable investment in user experience.
