Thalia Graves Sues Sean Combs for Assault

Thalia Graves has filed a lawsuit against Sean 'Diddy' Combs, alleging that he and his bodyguard drugged and sexually assaulted her in 2001, recording the incident without her consent. Graves, who was 25 at the time, claims she lost consciousness after accepting a drink offered by Combs and awoke tied up in a recording studio, where the assault occurred. Her allegations come just a week after Combs was indicted on separate charges of racketeering and sex trafficking, to which he has pleaded not guilty. Graves described the lasting trauma from the experience, including severe mental health issues, and revealed that she only learned about the existence of the recorded assault in late 2023. This lawsuit adds to a growing list of sexual misconduct allegations against Combs, which now includes multiple plaintiffs. Combs remains in federal custody without bail as he faces serious charges related to a broader pattern of abuse.
