Erin Cuthbert extends Chelsea contract until 2027

Chelsea midfielder Erin Cuthbert has signed a two-year contract extension, committing her future to the club until 2027. The 26-year-old, who joined Chelsea from Glasgow City in 2016, is now the second-longest-serving player in the squad behind Millie Bright. Cuthbert has made over 250 appearances, winning six Women’s Super League titles, four FA Cups, and two League Cups during her tenure. Expressing her dedication, Cuthbert remarked on the special bond she has formed with the club over the past eight years. Chelsea's head of women's football, Paul Green, praised her leadership and development as one of the top central midfielders globally. Currently, Chelsea leads the WSL and is aiming for more silverware this season.
