Northwestern University is upgrading its temporary lakefront stadium, Martin Stadium, with more premium seating, expanded food options including a Beer Garden, and a repositioned student section to improve fan engagement. Mississippi State is debuting $9 million in upgrades to Davis Wade Stadium, featuring new LED lights capable of color changes and choreographed shows, refurbished concourses and restrooms, enhanced concessions, relocated tailgates, and a new sound system, aiming to bolster both fan experience and home-field advantage. Wisconsin’s Camp Randall Stadium is implementing tap-to-scan mobile ticketing technology for faster, more secure entry, closing nearby roads on game days for safety, and distributing LED bracelets that complement its new LED lighting system.
