Tom Hanks, at 68, has declared age 35 as the worst period of his life, citing physical declines such as a slowing metabolism and the effects of gravity. In his upcoming film 'Here', where he utilizes de-aging technology, Hanks portrays various ages, but he finds the 35-year-old version of himself particularly challenging due to the burdens of that age. He feels he is currently in better shape because of his grown children, better exercise, and healthier eating habits. Despite the ability to digitally appear younger, Hanks expressed no desire to relive his 30s, stating, 'it’s good to look young again, but it’s not great to be young again.' The film, which also stars Robin Wright and is directed by Robert Zemeckis, tells a generational story and will be released in theaters on November 1.
