Caleb Graves, a 35-year-old TikTok creator and avid runner, tragically died shortly after finishing Disneyland's Halloween Half Marathon amid extreme heat in Southern California. Graves collapsed after crossing the finish line at approximately 7 a.m., clutching his chest, and despite immediate medical aid from Anaheim Fire & Rescue, he was pronounced dead at the hospital about an hour later. The marathon took place during a record heatwave, with temperatures reaching 107 degrees Fahrenheit, which Graves had expressed concerns about in a TikTok video posted the day before. Graves had no known medical conditions and was an experienced long-distance runner, well-known in the Disney vlogging community for his travel content. Disneyland spokesperson Jessica Good expressed the company's condolences, emphasizing the tragedy of his loss. The Orange County coroner's office is investigating the circumstances surrounding his death, while questions remain regarding heat safety measures taken during the event.
