Man Arrested for Arson at Pennsylvania Governor's Residence

Cody Balmer, 38, has been arrested in connection with an arson fire at the Pennsylvania Governor's Residence, where Gov. Josh Shapiro and his family were forced to evacuate early Sunday morning.
